He was born August 2, 1974 in Burgos.

Political Career[edit]

He has been Councilman Personal, Internal Affairs, Public Safety and Institutional Relations, and Second Deputy Speaker and Deputy Mayor of the City of Burgos (2007-2011), and Councillor for Social Action, Family and Citizenship (2003-2007). He was also a member of the National Board of PP, PP Executive Committee Autonomy of Castilla y León and the Steering Committee of the PP of Burgos.

Education[edit]

He has a BA in Political Science and Public Administration, specializing in International Studies from the Complutense University. He completed his training with a PhD in International Relations from the Complutense University on Technician course in Foreign Trade conducted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Burgos and the Jean Monnet Module on European Integration developed by the University of Burgos. Currently a PhD candidate at the University of Burgos. He worked as a teacher-tutor on the "European Community System" for students of the University of California, in accordance with the standards of the Office of the University of California at Complutense University (academic year 1998-1999 and 1999-2000). He also collaborated on time in 1999 with the curriculum at Georgetown University in Madrid. Predoctoral Fellow at the University of Burgos (2000-2003) and was a professor at the university, in the departmental area of Public International Law and International Relations in the context of teachers assigned criteria as a predoctoral fellow.
