Encarnación Jiménez Minguez

Encarnación Jiménez Minguez, born 15 February 1966 in Landete, Cuenca, is a member of the Spanish Chamber of Deputies representing the Spanish province of Guadalajara, Castilla-La-Mancha. Jiménez Minguez is a member of the People’s Party, Partido Popular (PP) and she is a member of the People’s Party Parliamentary Group, Grupo Popular (GP) within the Chamber of Deputies.

Political Career[edit]

Encarnación Jiménez Díaz has been an MP for the People’s Party from Guadalajara, for one term, since 2011. Previously, she was a Senior Deputy Mayor of Guadalajara. She is currently a member of the Committee on Finance and Public Administration, the Committee on International Development and Cooperation, the Monitoring Committee, the Evaluation of the Toledo Agreement and the Joint Commission for Relations with the Court of Auditors. Finally she has been assigned to the Development Commission and to the Committee on Culture and a deputy speaker of the Committee on Industry, Energy and Tourism.

Education[edit]

Jiménez Díaz has a degree in Law.
