Chang-Beom Kim is the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Belgium and to the European Union.

Political Career[edit]

Kim has been involved in the diplomatic service since 1981. Prior to his ambassadorial activities, he was Chief of Presidential Protocol for the Blue House (Office of the President) of the Republic of Korea for four years.

Education[edit]

He obtained a bacherlor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Seoul National University and then completed his master studies in International Relations and Affairs at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University in 1986.
