Celso Luís Delgado Arce

Celso Luís Delgado Arce is a member of the Steering Committee of the Spanish Popular Party (PP) in Galicia and member of the Spanish Parliament since 2000.

He was born on February 23rd 1958 in Ourense, Spain.

Political Career[edit]

As a politician, he has been Deputy and First Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of Galicia (1997-2000) and member of the Steering Committee of the PP in Galicia and as a member of the Spanish Parliament he served as Alternate Member of the Permanent Deputation, Member of the Commission on Economy and Competitiveness, President of the Commission on Development, Member of the Committee on Industry, Energy and Tourism and Member of the Subcommittee for the Study and Analysis of the Spanish rail system. In the private sector, he worked as a lawyer and as assistant to the secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ourense.

Education[edit]

Celso Luís Delgado Arce graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela and holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Commercial distribution.
