Antonio Hernando Vera

Antonio Hernando Vera, born in Madrid on the 4th November of 1967, is a Spanish national deputy elected for the constituency of Madrid in the 10th term. He is a member of Socialist Worker’s Party (PSOE).

Political Career[edit]

Antonio Hernando Vera was elected as national deputy for the first time in the 8th term and then re-elected in the 9th and current term. During this term, he is acting as member of different commissions such as the Justice Commission or the Commission of Public Administration and Public Finance. Antonio Hernando Vera is also a deputy member of the Standing Committee. Before becoming a national deputy, Antonio Hernando was a consultant for the federal secretary of social and migratory policies for the Socialist Party and then also a consultant of the secretary of organisation for the Federal Executive Commission of the Socialist Party. He was a member of the Commission for the Investigation of the attacks on the 11-March in Madrid. Currently he is assigned to the new General Secretary of the Party, Pedro Sánchez, as the new spokesman of the Socialist Party in the National Chamber of Deputies.

Education[edit]

Antonio Hernando Vera holds a degree in Law and was working as a lawyer for several years specializing on migratory affairs.
