Political Career
Militant of the People's Party of Galicia, Coruña in 1999 he was tops of the lists for municipal elections, remaining a city spokesman in la Coruña. As such, he was Vice President of the Provincial Government of La Coruña with José Luis Torres Colomer, between 1999 and 2003, leaving municipal politics 2003 and from March 2004 to the present head of the People's Party's electoral list for the province of La Coruña . Member of the National Steering Committee of the People's Party. -Responsible Topics Formation of the People's Party of Coruña. Specifically from 1999 to May 2003 he was Member of the Council of Coruña and Municipal spokesperson of the People's Party in it. Education
He has degree and a doctorate in economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, with a rating of Excellent Cum Laude, PhD Prize. He has a Doctoral Thesis on Monetary integration in Western Europe.
