Andrzej Witold Halicki was born 26 November 1961 in Warsaw. He is an economic and since 2007 member of Polish Parlament.

Political career

Andrzje Halicki began as a member of the opposition. From 1990 to 1992 he was a spokesman in Jan Krzysztof Bielecki government and spokesman of his party Kongres Liberalno-Demokratyczny(Liberal Democratic Congress). Between 1992 and 2007 he worked in different possitions for example as a chief in American Agency Burson-Marsteller, as a Head of Public Affairs and he set up his own GGK Public Relations Agency. Since 2001 he is member of Platforma Obywatelska.10 January he become a Deputy as a replacement for another Deputy, Jacek Wojciechowicz. In 2007 he was elected again. 24 June 2009 he become to be a chairman in Committee on Foreign Affairs. In 2011 he was elected again. 22 September 2014 he become be a Minister of administration and digitisation.

Education

He graduated SGPiS(Now SGH- Warsaw School of Economics),field Economy in Air Transport.
