Stanislav Kubánek was born on 13th of September 1951. He is a member of the Slovak National Council representing Smer-SD. He is also a member of the Special Control Committee for the Control of the Activities of the Military Intelligence Service and of the Committee on Public Administration and Regional Development.

Political Career[edit]

Stanislav Kubánek started his political career in 2006 when he was elected as a member of the Slovak National Council for the first time. He was a member of the Special Control Committee for the Control of the Activities of the Military Intelligence Service and of the Committee for Education, Youth, Science and Sport.
