Political career[edit]
Rafael Simancas has been an MP for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) since 2004. Furthermore, he is member of the Federal Committee of the PSOE and Deputy Director of Digital System.
Education[edit]
Rafael Simancas holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology. He is Associate Professor at the University Rey Juan Carlos.
