Paulo Pisco

Paulo Alexandre de Carvalho Pisco was born on August 22nd, 1961. He is a journalist and currently serves as a deputy at the Portuguese National Assembly.

Political Career[edit]

He was elected by the electoral circle of Europe through the Socialist Party to serve as a deputy on the XII Legislature (2011-2015) to represent the Portuguese Communities that are spread over European countries. He was also elected to represent the Portuguese Communities in Europe in the VIII and XI Legislatures. Presently, he takes part in various Parliamentary Commissions including the Coordinator for the International Affairs and Portuguese Communities Commission and an alternate for the European Affairs Commission.

Education[edit]

Paulo Pisco is a graduate in Philosophy and a postgraduate in European Studies.
