Nilza de Sena

Nilza Marília Mouzinho de Sena was born on November 21st, 1976. He is an University Professor and currently she serves as a deputy at the Portuguese National Assembly.

Political Career

She was elected by the electoral circle of Coimbra through the Social Democratic Party to serve as a deputy on the XII Legislature (2011-2015). Presently, she takes part on several Parliamentary Commissions from which she is Vice-President at the Education, Science and Culture Commission. She is also Vice-President of Social Democratic Party National Political Commission and Vice-President of the Economic Affairs, Science, Tecnology and Environment Commission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.

Education

Niza de Sena holds a Master in Political Science and a PhD on Social Sciences with a specialization in Sociology.
