Martijn van Dam (born on the first of February, 1978 in Zoetermeer) is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives on behalf of the the Labour Party (PvdA).

Political career[edit]

From 1998 until 2004, he was a member of the city council of the PvdA in the municipality of Eindhoven. He was an assistant/trainee at CEBRA BV (Centre for Electronic Business Research and Application) from 2000 till 2002. Between 2001 and 2003, van Dam was a member of the PvdA executive committee.

Education[edit]

Van Dam studied Technical Business Administration at the Technical University of Eindhoven from 1996 until 2002.
