This organisation expects their employees to put customers’ needs at the heart of everything they do, and each employee plays their part in shaping a culture that is underpinned by values, professional standards and integrity. The development of a Code of Personal Responsibility and a Code of Business Responsibility helps to guide and ensure the firm and its employees operate responsibly as both individuals and as a business. By doing so, they offered support to this cause by more than 1,000 colleagues across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland taking donations over the phone to help raise funds. Additionally, Lloyds Banking Group works with other charities such as the Alzheimer's Society and Alzheimer Scotland. Working together with charities they have been able to raise £5m towards the Live Well Campaign to fund the first UK wide dementia carers programme. The programme offers 9,000 carers the information and skills needed to help their loved one to live well with dementia.

Supporting Sports[edit]

The organisation supports and aims to get kids off the street and onto the pitch by providing free, night-time, five-a-side football for young people across Scotland. The scheme called Bank of Scotland Midnight league aims to provide a constructive and fun activity for 12-16 year olds in their spare time, with the hope that in turn it may contribute to stronger and safer communities.
