“I would certainly say that the negotiations within the United Nations on environmental issues provide examples of Cultural Diplomacy, considering that they are opportunities for people from very different cultures and starting points to agree on joint ways forward. There are many opportunities in which people really realize that it is better to cooperate and to collaborate than not to”.
