Jiří Běhounek

Jiří Běhounek (born on 12th May 1960) is a Czech doctor and politician. He has been a member of the Chamber of Deputies Parliament of the Czech Republic since 26. 10. 2013. He was elected on the slate of ČSSD party.

Education

He graduated from SVVŠ Přípotoční in Prague. Then he joined the Charles University in Prague, specifically the Faculty of Medicine, In his post-graduate studies he has a Certification of orthopedics I. and II. degree.

Political career

Jiří Běhounek has been a Committee on Health Care member from 4. 12. 2013. He has been a member of Podvybor pro ICT prumysl a e-Government (czech name) since 26. 2. 2014 and a member of Podvybor pro oblast zdravotni pece, vzdelavani a prevenci (czech name) since 20. 3. 2014. He has been a member of the political group the Czech Social Democratic Party since 29. 10. 2013.
