Jana Jenko

Jana Jenko was born on 12 November 1964. She is a member of the Democratic Party of Pensioners of Slovenia (Slovene: Demokratična stranka upokojencev Slovenije, also known by the acronym DeSUS) and is a member of the National Assembly (Slovene: Državni zbor Republike Slovenije).

Political Career[edit]

Jenko has been a member of the National Assembly since 2011. She is the chairperson of the Committee on Foreign Policy, a member of the Committee on Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Disability, a member of the Committee on Internal Affairs, Public Administration and Local Self-government, and a member of the Committee on European Union Affairs.

Education[edit]

Jenko obtained her master's degree at the Graduate School of Government and European Studies in Kranj, Slovenia.
