Gaetano Piepoli (November 21, 1947) is an Italian professor and politician.

Education[edit]

He obtained a degree in Law from the University of Bari.

Political career[edit]

He was first elected to the Italian Chamber of Deputies in 2013 for Scelta Civica per l'Italia, serving as a member of the Justice Commission, the Regolamentary Committee, the Mafia and other Criminal Associations Parliamentary Enquiry Commission, the Fiscal Federalism Execution Commission and the Transports, Post and Broadcasting Commission.

Notable works[edit]

He is a professor in the Law Faculty of the University of Bari. In 2013, he signed what is known as the “Third Republic” appeal.
