History

Frederick Azzopardi is a Gozitan-Maltese Member of Parliament, Government Deputy Whip and Parliamentary Assistant in the Ministry of Gozo within the Maltese Government. Azzopardi was first elected in 1997 as the Deputy Mayor for Victoria, Gozo's Capital, and later in 1998 contested the General Elections when he was elected in the House of Representatives of Malta. He was re-elected in the following General Elections of 2003, 2008 and 2013, when he was confirmed as a Member of the House Business Committee, Member of the Standing Committee on Social Affairs and Member of the Maltese Delegation on the OSCE PA.
