Ewa Drozd

Ewa Drozd – (born on 8th October 1963 in Stąporków, Poland) – is a Polish politician, official of a local government and a Member of Parliament (VI and VII term).

Political Career

In 2001 she joined the Civic Platform (Platforma Obywatelska) and was part of the board of the region and the regional council of the party in Lower Silesia, as well as in the national audit. In 2006 was elected to the regional council of Lower Silesia.

In the early parliamentary elections in 2007 she was elected to Parliament, starting from second place of the Civic Platform list in Legnica. She came in second place among the candidates of her party and fourth in the district. In the parliamentary elections in 2011, was reelected to the Parliament.

Education

She graduated in the field of social work education from the Faculty of Pedagogy College of Education (MA in education). He graduated in post-graduate studies from the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica (management education). In 1985 she started to work in a kindergarten in Głogów. In 1993 she was promoted to deputy director of the facility, and a year later its director.
