Elena Fattori

Elena Fattori (born in Rimini on June 15th 1966) is an Italian politician. She represents the Movimento Cinque Stelle political party at the Italian Senate.

Political Career

She was appointed as senator for the first time in 2013. As a senator, she is also a member of the 9th Permanent Commission on Agriculture and vice-president of the 14th Permanent Commission on European Union Policies.

Education

She obtained a degree in Biology from University "La Sapienza" in Rome in 1989 and a PhD in Molecular Biology from University of Zurich in 1994.
