Education

He attended the University of Malta where he graduated with a degree in BA European Studies and international relations and subsequently obtained his Doctor of Laws. He is a lawyer by profession, specialising primarily in litigation in the civil, commercial and human rights sphere.

History

He was chosen by the labour party leader Dr. Joseph Muscat to represent and assist the Opposition in the rent law reform amendments in 2009. He occupied the post of President of the Labour Youth Forum for two years.
