Dragutin Lesar was born on 4 March 1956 in Čakovec (Croatia). He is a member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski Sabor) and also a member of the Croatian Labourists – Labour Party (Hrvatski laburisti – Stranka rada).

Political Career[edit]

Lesar has been a member of the Croatian Parliament since 2003. In 2010, together with the group of likeminded people, he established the Croatian Labourists – Labour Party and became its first president. He stayed on that position until 2014. His current mandate at the Croatian Parliament has started on 22 December 2011.

Education[edit]

He obtained his degree from the Secondary Commercial School (Sales Organiser).
