Cultural Anthropology[edit]

Cultural anthropology is a field within the discipline of anthropology which studies the various cultures of human beings. It analyzes how economic, political and social policies affect cultures differently and how these cultures have evolved over time. Most works of cultural anthropology involve an anthropologist spending prolonged periods of time with the culture being studied in order to gain a deep understanding of their way of life and the functions, values, norms and standards.
