Supporting Music and Visual Arts[edit]

Christian Dior collaborates with The Princess Grace Foundation its charity events, making the fashion luxury goods brand the sole presenting sponsor of the gala dinners. The initiative is mainly focused on recognizing and encouraging talented artists in theatre, dance and film. Additionally, the company has partnered with W Magazine in order to sponsor the magazine’s online, interactive Fashion on Film festival. Dior was the lead sponsor of the 2013 Guggenheim International Gala. The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation places great importance on the understanding and appreciation of art, mainly of the modern and contemporary periods, through exhibitions, education programs, research initiatives, and publications.
