Maria Cecília Vicente Duarte Honório was born on July 1st, 1962. She currently works as a high school teacher.

This is Cecília Honório’s third mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the Bloco de Esquerda political party, since she started her activity on the 10th legislature (10.03.2005). She is currently a member of several parliamentary committees (Constitutional Affairs, Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees; Agriculture and Sea; Ethics, Citizenship and Communication).

Cecília Honório has a PhD degree in History of Political Ideas.
