Averil Power was born in July 1978, in Dublin (Ireland) and the senator for Dublin North East.

Political Career

In 2009, unfortunately, she was unable to qualify for the Fingal County Council candidacy. However, in April 2011, she was honoured to be elected to the Seanad for the first time, after beating 33 other candidates, on the Industrial and Commercial Panel. Additionally, she run for the 2011 general election Candidate in Dublin North East. In a three-seat constituency, she came fourth on the first count with 4,794 votes and was only 0.5% behind the person who came third.


Education

Averil Power has a degree in Business, Economics and Social Science from Trinity College, Dublin
