Andrzej Romanek from 2005 to 2006 was a chief of Cabinet of the Minister of Justice. He was a councilor of the Malopolska District in local Parlament, Vice Chairman of the Budget Committee, the Property and Finance and a member of the Committee on Regional Development, Promotion and International Cooperation. In addition, the Board of the Malopolska Region held the position of Deputy Marshal.

Due to internal conflict in this party he left Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and took a part in creating new party with others ex-members of PiS. Now he is in Solidarna Polska(United Poland). In United Poland he is now secretary of the management.

Andrzej Romanek was a chief of Cabinet of the Minister of Justice. He was a councillor of the Malopolska District in the local Parliament, Vice Chairman of the Budget Committee, the Property and Finance and a member of the Committee on Regional Development, Promotion and International Cooperation. In addition, on the Board of the Malopolska Region he held the position of Deputy Marshal. In 2010 he was again elected to local Parliament.
