Adam Lipiński was born 11. September 1956 in Głubczyce. He is a Polish politician and one of founder of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość(Law and Justice, national-conservative political party in Poland. )

Political Career

Adam Lipiński beginn his careera as a member of democracy oposiotion to communist government in Poland. In 1970 he was an active member of Student Solidarity Committee. In 1981 he was chief of Publishing House of Solidarity in Wrocław. Till 1989 he had to cover himself but he was active in Conspiratorial Underground. In 1989, the president of the Centre for Democratic member of the Citizens' Committee in Wroclaw, founder of the Center Alliance in Lower Silesia and first term of the Parliament of the Independent Poland (1991-1993). The editor-in-chief, and publisher outgoing Warsaw nationwide socio-political weekly "New State".   Founder of the Law and Justice party in Lower Silesia. Member of Parliament of the fourth and fifth term on behalf of the party's constituency Legnica-Jelenia Góra.

November 4, 2005 he was appointed to the position of Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. In the period from July 2006. to November 2007. he served as Head of the Political Cabinet of the Prime Minister - Jaroslaw Kaczynski, was responsible for cooperation with the parliament and the government's policy of promoting democracy in post-communist countries - specially appointed head of the team working on this issue. Coordinator several times of departure observers to elections in Ukraine, including organizer of the largest group of observers during "Orange Revolution. The President of the Polish-Moldovan Parliamentary Group. The initiator of projects related to assistance for the Cuban opposition, including organizer of the campaign of collecting signatures in the Polish parliament in defense of political prisoners in Cuba. In the parliamentary elections of October 21, 2011, he again elected to the Parlament. Currently Vice President of Law and Justice party, member of the Political Committee of the party and the President of the Regional Council of Lower Silesia and CEO of the Regional Law and Justice in Legnica. The Sejm is the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Liaison with Poles Abroad.
