Željko Mirković was born on 3 January 1956 in Đakovo, Croatia. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski sabor) during its seventh term.

Political Career

Mirković’s term of office began on 23 December 2011 as Mirando Mrsić's substitute. He is a member of the War Veterans Committee, a member of the Physical Planning and Construction Committee, and a member of the Local and Regional Self-government Committee.

Education

Mirković graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb, Croatia.
