Rudmer Heerema
Rudmer Heerema (born on February 2nd, 1978 in Groningen) is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD).
Political Career
From 2006 until 2013 Heerema was a member of the Alkmaar municipality and from 2010 until now he has been the leader of the VVD in this municipality. From September 3rd, 2013 Rudmer Heerema has been a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the VVD. He focuses on nature, animal welfare and hunting.
Education
Rudmer Heerema studied sports management and sports instructor 2.0 at the Academy of Physical Education in Amsterdam from 1997 until 2001.
