Ing. Dagmar Zverinova October 22, 1953, in Moravsky Krumlov. She is a Czech politician, Senator for constituency of Zdar nad Sazavou, Mayor of city of Zdar nad Sazavou and a member of the Social Democrats.

Education

She graduated from the Central School of Civil Engineering in the field of road construction, after that she got her Master's Degree at the Faculty of Agronomy, University of Agriculture in Brno.

Political career

From 1998-2010 she held the position of Deputy Mayor of city of Zdar nad Sazavou, after the 2010 elections she became the Mayor. Since 2008, she has been a Senator of Parliament for the town. She is the Vice-President of the Constitutional Law Committee and a member of the Permanent Commission for Rural Development.
