Georges Gilkinet
Georges Gilkinet, born in Namur (Belgium) on January 25, 1971, is a Belgian ECOLO politician.
Political Career[edit]
Gilkinet has been a Member of Parliament since 2007. He used to be a political adviser of the ECOLO fraction in the House of Representatives and is currently the Chairman of the Committee for Finance and Budget. From 2007 until 2010, he was a member of the Benelux Advisory Interparliamentary Council (IPR). In addition, Gilkinet is active in municipal politics, he is namely councilor and chairman in Assesse.
