Lord Bishop of Worcester, Rt Revd Dr John Inge represents the Church of England in the House of Lords. He joined the House of Lords in May 2012.

Parliamentary Career[edit]

His main areas of policy focus include education, international development, media and communications, and culture and heritage.

Notable Work[edit]

Dr John Inge is Chairman of the College of Evangelists and the Archbishop’s Examination in Theology, a member of the Faith and Order Commission, a member of the House of Bishops’ CMD Committee and a member of the Council at Ridley Hall. He is also a member of the World Development Movement and Amnesty International.
