Andrew Cooper
Andrew Timothy Cooper, is a British politician and member of the Conservative party. He was appointed life peer as Baron Cooper of Windrush, of Chipping Norton in the County of Oxfordshire, on September 17th 2014.

He worked as David Cameron's Director of Strategy for two years before becoming a peer.
