Thomas Blomqvist
Thomas Blomqvist was born on the 15th of January 1965 in Tammisaari. He is a member of the Finnish Parliament and has been since 2007 representing the Swedish Parliamentary Group. He is a farmer outside of politics.
Political Career[edit]
Thomas Blomqvist became a member of the Swedish Parliamentary Group in 2007. In 2011 he was elected the 2nd vice chair of the party. He has been a Chair Member of the Uusimaa City Council since 2009.
Education[edit]
He studied agriculture and forestry at the University of Helsinki between 1985-1991.
