Sarah Jessica Parker was born on March 25, 1965. She is an American actress and producer. Her starring role in the series Sex and the City catapulted her to stardom.

Humanitarian Causes

She participated in Michelle Obama’s series of events to showcase the importance of arts and music education to student achievement. Parker was also appointed as UNICEF Ambassador in 1997 and has since shown her support in a variety of ways; most notably as a dedicated supporter of Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, where she served as the national spokesperson in 1998, 2003 and 2006.

Sarah Jessica Parker has supported the following charities: American Foundation for AIDS Research, DKMS, Food Bank For New York City, Got Your 6, Human Rights Campaign, Max Cure Foundation, Pediatric Epilepsy Project, Shoe Revolt, Small Steps Project, Soles4Souls, Stand Up To Cancer, St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters, UNICEF She is an active supporter of the UNICEF campaign, most recently she donated a signed bathrobe to the 60th Anniversary of Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Charity Buzz auction—which helped contribute to the $11,620 raised from the auction for the campaign. She made a PSA for the Food Bank For New York City.
