Paulo Simões Ribeiro

Paulo Jorge Simões Ribeiro was born on March 28th, 1969. He is a lawyer and currently serves as a deputy at the Portuguese National Assembly.

Political Career[edit]

He was elected by the electoral circle of Setúbal through the Social Democratic Party to serve as a deputy on the XII Legislature (2011-2015). Presently, he takes part in several Parliamentary Commissions including the Budget, Rights, Liberties and Guarantees. In addition he is an alternate in the Commissions for International Affairs and Portuguese Communities and for the Economy and Public Works. From 1994 to 2002, he was member of Setúbal Municipal Assembly and member on the Metropolitan Assembly to the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon.

Paulo Simões Ribeiro is a law graduate.

Further information[edit]

From 2003 to 2006 he served as Vice-President of the football club Vitória Futebol Clube de Setúbal.
