Oliver Grundmann

Oliver Grundmann, born August 21st 1971 in Stade, is a German politician (CDU).

Political career[edit]

In 1987 Grundmann joined the Junge Union and the CDU. From 1995 to 2003 he was district chairman of the Junge Union Elbe- Weser. He retired in 1996 from the City Council of Stade. He was elected in the district of Stade in the district council election in 2001.

In the general election in 2013 Grundmann won a mandate in the Bundestag. He is a member of the Committee on the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety and substitute member of the Committee on Economic and Energy.

Oliver Grundmann is a Chemist.
