José Junqueiro
José Adelmo Gouveia Bordalo Junqueiro was born in Viseu, on the 28th of June 1953.
Political Career[edit]
He is currently a Socialist Party deputy at the National Parliament elected by the district of Viseu. With a long political career, he carried out several public activities such as deputy on the VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, Vice-President of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group and State´s Secretary between 2000 and 2002, and in the current Legislature, . Today, he is part of several Parliament Commissions, such as the National Defence, Health and Environment, Spatial Planning and Local Power.
Education[edit]
He is a graduate in Humanities from the Portuguese Catholic University.
