Political Carreer[edit]
Färber is chairman of the Göppingen County Farmers’ Association (Kreisbauernverband Göppingen), member of the executive board of the Baden-Württemberg Farmer’s Association (Landesbauernverband Baden-Württemberg), chairman in the advisory board of the Baden-Württemberg agrarian social insurance, member of the supervisory board in the LBV tax advise firm, and an adviser in the Kreissparkasse Göttingen savings bank. Member of county council since 2004, and member of the CDU since 2012.

Färber is an agricultural machine mechanic, and master of agriculture by education.
