António Fernando Couto dos Santos was born on May 18th, 1949. He currently works as an engineer.
Political Career[edit]
Couto dos Santos is currently on his third mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the PSD political force, since starting his activity on the 6th legislature (1991-11-04). He suspended his deputy activity until the 11th legislature . He is currently a member of the Healthcare parliamentary committee.
