Chrysoula - Maria Giatagana

Chrysoula-Maria Giatagana was born in Kifissia, Attiki in 1944. She is a Greek politician and former Public Prosecutor.

Political Career[edit]

Since 2002, she has been a councillor in Thessaloniki. She served as President for the Town Nursery Homes of Thessaloniki for four years. Since 1995 she has been a Member of Thessaloniki Bar Association (practicing law in Thessaloniki). Furthermore, she served for 14 years as Public Prosecutor – First Instance Court and 8 years as a member of the Athens Bar Association, Area of Practice: Criminal Law.

Education Career[edit]

She has a degree in Political and Economic Studies from the University of Athens and then achieved a degree in Law from the same university.

Notable Work[edit]

Professor at T.E.I (Technological Educational Institutions) in Larisa. Courses taught: Communication, Secretarial Practices, Office Organization and General Principles of Law. For 2 years Administrative Manager in HELFRIZE (Multinational Company with 2500 employees) and for 3 years Personnel Manager in HELFRIZE.
