Beata Szydło

Beata Szydło born on 15th April 1963 in Oświęcim. Polish politician, official of local government and a member of Parliament (V, VI and VII cadency).

Political Career[edit]

In 2005, she joined Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (the Law and Justice) and she has been selected as a Member of the Fifth Term of the best in the district Chrzanowski). In the parliamentary elections in 2007 she was re-elected to the parliamentary seat. In 2010 she became vice-president of the Law and Justice committee. In the elections to the Parliament in 2011, she successfully ran for re-election. In September 2014 she replaced the Stanislaus Kostrzewskiego in the position of treasurer PiS.

Education[edit]

In 1989 she graduated from the Department of Ethnography at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Between 1989 and 1995 she was a doctoral student at the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the Jagiellonian University. In 1997, she completed postgraduate studies for Cultural Managers in the School of Economics in Warsaw, and in 2001 at the Academy of Economics in Krakow in the Management of Government.
